| Transaction Date (TRX) | Date of the transaction, which can be entered up to a month precise. The entered month refers to the first day of the selected month (incusiv) respecively the last day of the previous month (excusive). For example: A transaction date 01 / 2015 means the balance sheet is transferred on the 31.12.2014 (exclusive), respective is owned by the buyer from 01.01.2014 (inclusive). The financial model and the connected financial ratios (for example IRR calculations) starts on the transaction date.
