2.1.3.1 Required data for the actual figures upload

The basis for the upload of actual figures is the general leger from accounting or financial statements of your projects. Accordingly, there are also upload options for both data bases.

Upload by General Ledger

If you would like to use your accounting data (general ledger) for the comparison between your planned projects and the actual values, you will need the following.

The general ledger of your project has to be in the csv format. The csv file must contain at least the following columns:

• Date of booking

• Account of the booking

• Debit & credit or balance of the booking

These additional columns can be imported

• Account name

• Booking description

• Accounting area / Company code

Upload of Financial Statements

If you use financial statements for the upload, you will need:

• monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements of the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet
